We operate a courtesy vehicle service to ferry our clients for their outdoor activities. We also provide a home service.
We answer your call 24 hours a day for advice and support.

OUTREACH SERVICES
Individual packages tailor made to suit each individual’s needs, taking into account the gender, culture, religion, ethnicity and disability.
Provision of group or individual activities to teach new skills and to improve or maintain clients’ existing skills based on choice and appropriateness; such as cooking, knitting, budgeting, arts and craft and any other activities as identified by the multi-disciplinary team.
To maintain links with the multi-disciplinary team, in support for further education, employment and sporting opportunities.
Provision of a wide range of activities, indoor and outdoor, including visits to places of interest to stimulate learning opportunities and also to relieve stress and anxiety.
Access to a farm that offers the facilities of horse-riding, plots of land for growing vegetables and flowers, horticulture or just spending time walking and exploring the landscape and the surrounding woodland.
All activities are carefully recorded for evaluation and for monitoring purposes. |
